Community Health and Home Care (CHHC) is a not-for-profit licensed home care agency. CHHC offers service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. CHHC is proud to provide highly trained, certified workers to the Tompkins County community. Our services are provided to clients of all ages. CHHC can provide in home assistance for those with chronic conditions, after surgery care and assistance with rehabilitation, respite care, and companionship.

Community Health and Home Care is committed to meeting the community's and individuals' needs by providing the highest quality care possible. We pride ourselves on our quick response time and our wide array of services. Our services range from just lending a hand around the house to continuous around the clock care. We guarantee service within 24 hours. We also provide day or night services with visits ranging from 2 hours to 24 hours each day.

VNS is a Medicare certified agency that can provide professional services, such as Skilled Nursing, Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy, and Medical Social Services.
